Cancellation & Refunds
Transparency is key to a great adventure. Here is how we handle cancellations.
30+ Days Before
Get a full refund if you cancel more than a month in advance.
20-30 Days Before
50% refund of the total bill amount if cancelled in this window.
7-20 Days Before
30% refund of the total bill amount if cancelled in this window.
No Refund Zones
- Any cancellations made within 7 days of the activity date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the activity or for no-shows.
- Late arrivals (past 30 mins) are considered no-shows.
Natural Calamities
No refund will be provided in case of natural calamities (e.g., floods, landslides, extreme weather) or government-imposed restrictions. However, we may offer a direct credit/reschedule option at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Applicable refund amounts will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method or bank account provided.
Note: Tripforlife may charge applicable taxes, convenience fees, or transaction charges which are non-refundable.
