1. Introduction

Welcome to Tripforlife, a platform dedicated to providing exceptional camping and adventure experiences. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Policy

• All payments must be made in advance through our website or authorized payment gateways.
• We accept payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct bank transfers.
• Payment for activities and services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time.

3. Activities Timing

• All activities will start and end at the scheduled times.
• Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate in the activity, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Responsibilities of The Users

• The User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the Activity Provider in addition to Tripforlife’s User Agreement.
• The User will be required to present the booking/confirmation voucher issued by Tripforlife in order to avail the Activity.
• The User shall further be in possession of valid documents, viz. identity proof (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.).
• The User may be required to sign a waiver/consent form, safety procedure form, or medical declaration before availing the Activity.
• The User should ensure that he/she qualifies all the eligibility criteria for the Activity (age, weight, health conditions). If found unfit, the provider reserves the right to deny service.

5. Liability

Tripforlife acts as an aggregator and facilitator for various adventure and camping experiences. While we ensure high standards, we will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of participating in our activities.

Participants must sign a liability waiver form before participating in any high-risk activity (e.g., Rafting, Bungee, Giant Swing).

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services will be deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
